Healthy choice:Salmon is greater than Tuna salad!

A great healthy meal on the go or in the comfort of your home is salmon salad! Yes, I am a fan of tuna salad,but salmon truly steps it up a few notches! It’s light, full of flavor and has a good amount of protein, vitamin D, and omega 3 fatty acids! In other words, it is good for your brain and other bodily functions!

You can buy it fresh or from the can! Pink or red salmon is great! However, red salmon is the more expensive of the two! Both taste delicious!

For this dish you need just the basics! It takes less than 20 minutes to make, whether heating up or eating cold!

You need the following( or what ever makes your taste buds dance in delight):

1. Salmon.

2. Mayonnaise or some form of dressing.

3. spinach.

4. chicken(optional).

5.Garlic

6. Seasoning ( your preference).

7. Cheese. I chose jalapeno!

8. Crackers or some form of breading.

All you have to do is mix up the ingredients together in a bowl. Melt cheese on top! Then, top it off with crackers or bread!

Once again, great dish! Easy. Tasty. Healthy. I hope you enjoy it!
